What is bi-directional charging?

With bi-directional charging, users can recharge Beartooth or use Beartooth as an external power source to recharge their phone via our single USB Type-C port/cable. Beartooth comes equipped with a sensing circuit that detects the type of device the cable is plugged into allowing Beartooth to know if it should be drawing a charge from a wall outlet or producing a charge to power a smartphone.
